Mitch Brown has over 40 years’ experience in delivering professional services, advising private and public sector bodies in a wide range of their commercial affairs.
A practising solicitor in England and Wales, he has been engaged by clients across the UK and in Europe, including:
- Government departments and quasi-Governmental bodies
- Plc and private sector companies and partnerships
- Local authorities and county councils; NHS Trusts and primary healthcare providers; housing organisations and charities
- High net worth individuals, including sports and entertainment personalities
- Clubs; associations and promoting entities.
He has in the past been a partner in the international law firms now known as Eversheds Sutherland and Womble Bond Dickinson, and he has also acted as Director of Legal and Procurement Services for top UK housing group, Karbon Homes. In addition, he has over 10 years’ experience working in sports agency, both in the UK and across Europe.
In keeping with his past positions as a partner in large commercial law firms, and as sole in-house counsel, Mitch is comfortable working in an independent role, or as part of (or leading) a wider group of advisors.
